Follow these instruction to restore from I OS 6:

Firstly you have to plug the iPhone to the computer and open the "iTunes".
Now put your iPhone device into "DFU" mode so that you will restore the your device .
For putting the device into "DFU" mode by just follow the steps:
Turn "OFF" your iPhone and "HOLD" down power button for 3 sec.
After enter into DFU mode your iPhone screen goes blank and get pop up message in iTunes apps “Device in Recovery Mode".
For putting your iOS device in DFU mode you will simply press to "SHIFT" button and click the Restore button on Windows .
(ALT button for Mac) and select the your applicable i OS 5.1.1 IPSWICH.(download previously)
After all these your iPhone device will start to restore back to the i OS 5.1.1 firmware.
This process will take latest 10 minute for processing so never disturb or do any thing with device.
When your i OS device reboots in a original state you can now Jailbreak Untethered on i OS 5.1.1 using a Jail-breaking tool OK.

Follow these steps to restore iPhone 4S from IOS 6-
Connect your iPhone to the computer via data chord & open the iTunes interface.
Open the devices list in your iTunes & select iPhone.
Press Ctrl & click on it.
Restore option will appear-select restore from backup.
Choose the restore point & click on restore option.
Now wait for some times while the process runs.
You've successfully restored your iPhone 4S from IOS 6.
You have to put your phone into DFU mode before doing these.
